We aim to keep your shopping experience as smooth as possible without the unnecessary hassles of life. This page will inform you about how we package your order for shipment and the schedule we use to deliver it to your door. Payment methods

We accept the following methods of payment in Euros (EUR):

  • Debit and credit cards, VISA and Mastercard
  • Cryptocurrencies as BTC and USDT

All transactions are encrypted, and no bank information is ever stored on our servers.

Security and fraud prevention

Every transaction is protected by SSL encryption. Tokenisation will protect your payment information. As available, two-factor authentication can be enabled for your account. 

Certain orders may require additional verification, and we ensure that every purchase is legitimate. Our store has made multiple layers of security around your financial data.

How we process your order

We will process your order after we receive the payment. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.

The processing time depends on the order quantity and the time it was placed. Your order will be processed on the next business day if it was placed on a weekend. If your order was placed during a holiday, our processing time would be delayed until we work after the holiday.

Shipping delays may occur sometimes due to:

  • busy days when the orders received are more than usual
  • the products you bought are out of stock at the moment
  • we need to verify your payment information
  • unexpected transportation or delivery issues beyond our control
  • unforeseen delays, as in clearing in customs processing

Our team personally monitors and checks each of your orders to ensure prompt processing and ensure our customers receive their orders.

Shipping methods and delivery times

Your order will be delivered to your address via the courier service. Delivery time can take 7–21 days from placing the order on the website. This is not a promise for that time frame, as your order may be delayed due to reasons listed above. This may result in delayed final delivery for an extended period of more than 30 days.

Shipping cost

The shipping cost for all orders is €25. The shipping fee will be automatically calculated and added to the total amount of the customer on checkout.

Certain promotions throughout the year may enable customers to get free shipping on their orders. A customer is charged a single flat-rate shipping fee for a single order, regardless of how many items are included in that order.

Order tracking

Once your package is shipped, we will provide a tracking number. You can monitor your order’s progress on our website in your account or via the courier service. You’ll receive live updates about the whereabouts of your order. If your order is not moving, please reach out to our Customer Support.

Address accuracy

You should provide your own correct shipping address. Please make sure to double-check your shipping address very thoroughly before you place the order. A wrong shipping address may cause a great time loss. In some cases, the package may be lost by the courier service due to a wrong shipping address.

Lost or damaged packages

If there is an issue with your delivery, be sure to report any problems within 5 days of the scheduled delivery date. Every case is treated individually, and we will advise you as to whether a replacement or refund can be given.

If your package is damaged when you receive it, please take a photo of the entire box before you open it. This will assist us in processing claims against our carrier much faster.

Cancel or modify order

You can modify your order, and we will help you with it before your package is shipped. Changes are trickier once an order has been shipped. If this happened, please contact Customer Service with your order number, and we will see what we can do for you.
